This profile provides an assessment of areas where a team is doing well and areas where further team development is required. The report produced aids a team to identify its areas of strength plus those areas and issues that need to be addressed in order to maximise team performance. The output from the profile can be used in a facilitated workshop to create a Team development "action plan"
