Become a Leader

Are you looking to develop your leadership skills? Join our intensive 3 day programme focused on empowering young professionals with the tools to become effective leaders.

You will learn about:

interpersonal and teamwork skills
emotional intelligence
productivity skills
organisational effectiveness

All the while enjoying the beautiful Shakespear Park on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula in Auckland.

3 Day Course

This course includes both theory and action learning. We will be utilising development profiles such as the QO2 to understand your perception of risk and the Leadership Development Profile to help you focus on what your development priorities are.

We will also be spending a lot of time outdoors in Shakespear park putting our learnings to the test.

Who's Involved?

We are inviting all 20 - 35 year olds to join us on this exciting course. You will need some base level of fitness, including the ability to walk 3km comfortably, climb several flights of stairs and be able to swim but primarily, you need to have a learning mindset and be enthusiastic about your development journey.

Our objective is to help give the leaders of tomorrow the tools to succeed and thrive in this uncertain world.
