Team Action Learning Activities

Because people learn and retain information better by "doing" rather than by listening, TMS incorporates memorable experiential (action) learning activities into most workshop processes.

Action Learning (or Experiential Learning) provides a platform for practicing and experimenting with our management and Leadership concepts, techniques and "tools" in a low risk environment. The challenges that are set are undertaken and get formally debriefed by the team in order to link those learnings back to the workplace and to draw out key insights about team processes.

Such exercises are invariably recalled years later - highlighting their importance with respect to ensuring the longevity of learning. These activities cater to all levels of fitness and are a great way for a team to have fun whilst progressing their effectiveness as a team at the same time.
