Team Management Services deliver our tried and tested methodologies in the locations that best suit the needs and purposes of our clients. This is invariably a great deal more cost effective than moving multiple participants to a nominated but more remote facility.

Programmes are typically of 1 – 4 days duration so our preference is to operate from a venue that affords a suitable standard of accommodation and conference room within a 1 hour commute of the client’s primary facility. A vineyard, a Lodge or similar provides participants with an environment away from the everyday distractions of the workplace, a place to schedule our experiential activities “on location” and the opportunity for Team Development and interaction continue outside of the formal workshop sessions and into the evenings.
