The Leadership Behaviours Profile is the 360° feedback profile of choice for a multitude of organisations operating in the private, public and non-profit sectors. During the course of providing our individual or team development services TMS have facilitated 1000's of LBP profiles and the profile has also been adopted by numerous other providers of Leadership Development initiatives.

TMS has taken the best of contemporary leadership theory and developed a model that is easy to understand and practical in its approach. The Leadership Behaviours 360° feedback profile measures an individual's capabilities against the factors that are essential for effective Leadership and provides tailored feedback to develop Leadership performance. An accompanying 'Development Guide' assists with the formal identification of the strengths that can be leveraged and where opportunities for improvement lie such that a personal development "action plan" can be created.

The LBP is a multi-rater assessment so a subject completes a questionnaire requiring them to self-assess or "rate" their own performance while inputs from up to 12 other raters (people that they routinely engage with such as their manager, their peers and their direct reports) is collected for comparative purposes. All data is submitted through an automated online process to provide for an ease of accessibility and to ensure absolute confidentiality.

Leadership Behaviours Model

The Pulse Report for the LBP represents a snapshot of progress along an individual's leadership development journey six months beyond the original LBP 360 event.

The sequence leading up to this Pulse Report is as follows:

• Participation as a 'subject' in an LBP 360 process
• Learnings are then converted into between 4-5 Personal Development Leadership Objectives or Actions
• Recorded actions retained in TMS's secure on-line database
• Completion of a short on-line questionnaire by the participant and their manager/supervisor only (Pulse questionnaire) measuring your progress thus far
