How to lead a winning team

This is a programme of about 4 hours duration that is facilitated virtually by Zoom.
The programme objectives and outcomes are as follows:

• To develop each individual’s understanding of their own work preferences
• For any participants to develop an appreciation of the strengths and work preferences of each other
• To understand the strengths and the weaknesses associated with different work styles
• For participants to investigate ways to optimise their communications and interactions with others
• For team members to develop their understanding of where they should prioritise their efforts to achieve the best outcomes in their role
• To start to consider where the opportunities exist for further team development within a team or organisation

A small amount of pre-work is required.
Cost $650 + GST per person (minimum of 6 participants)

Individual Executive or Leadership "one on one" Coaching

One on one coaching with an independent advisor with some offline work undertaken by participants. Engagements of this nature are initiated using Zoom technology.
Objectives and outcomes are as below:

• Increased energy, confidence and improved leadership clarity
• A greater understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses
• Improved clarity and focus regarding your Leadership goals
• Six month accountability check with the coach

Cost $1545 + GST per person

Introduction to Leadership workshop

This programme is of about 5 hours duration and is facilitated virtually by Zoom. Central to this programme is the development of the participants understanding of the behaviours that are necessary to drive effective leadership. Best suited for new and emerging leaders, managers and supervisors. Programme objectives and outcomes are as below:

• For the team to develop their understanding of the traits and behaviours that underpin successful Leadership
• For team members to develop their knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and how that underpins effective Leadership
• For team members to identify development areas of interest relative to Leadership
• For participants to create a personal Leadership Development action plan

A small amount of pre-work is required.
Cost $850 + GST per person (minimum of 6 participants)

Optimising your appetite for change in a post pandemic world

This programme is of about 5 hours duration and is facilitated virtually by Zoom. The workshop is structured in the form of 2 x 2 hour sessions with some offline work undertaken by participants through the middle of the day. Programme objectives and outcomes are as below:

• To access some frameworks and models that will support with the management of change
• To explore and understand the phases of transformation
• For each individual to explore their own inclination towards seeing obstacles or opportunities and appetite for dealing with risk or change
